In our private practice, we see our therapy and training concept as an integral part of the standard medical structure while also offering alternatives as well. For example, we will help you get back on your feet after an accident or operation. We may even help you prevent an accident in the future by having the proper physical fitness. Even Athletes of all caliber can profit from our ability to fine tune the body on the neuromusculoskeletal level. In all cases we find the best means of reaching your goals by accessing your present movement skills and identifying pain or compensations that could lead to future pain then correcting them. That’s why it’s our goal to help you achieve yours by increasing and keeping the quality of life you want.

Heilpraktiker

Mr. Michael Boettcher, founder and director of our practice is certified Heilpraktiker (Naturopath) and specializes in chiropractic, dry needling, and other methods in order to free the body of blockages. This helps the body to find its balance, with its energy flowing freely. Heilpraktik offers a holistic approach to a complex apparatus of muscles, joints, fascia and nerves.

Physiotherapie

Physical therapy is for the rehabilitation of the neuromusculoskeletal system after an operation, Trauma or chronic pain due to a sedentary lifestyle. It can also help to prevent an operation by strengthening and integrating the right muscles, releasing the tension in the fascial system in order to reduce the stress in the painful area. By increasing flexibility and stabilization we reduce the chances of painful occurrences.

Personal Training

Increased performance, flexibility, weight management- in our studio we work with you, your actual condition and you’re eating habits in order to individualise a training program that will bring you closer to your goal. With the right training and nutrition we will jump start your metabolism which will give you more performance and energy. Weather its 1:1, with a partner or in a small group, we’ll boost your motivation, self-esteem and strengthen your determination.
